Go Solutions has created a new Document Automation solution called WordFusion that is designed to provide a powerful and flexible solution at a far lower cost than traditional systems. WordFusion is currently in a Beta (pre-release) test phase and Go Solutions would like to make contact with parties that would be interested in participating in a Beta test program. WordFusion is a Document Automation and Forms solution which enables the production of personalized, accurate and professional documents in a fraction of the time it would normally take.
Using a powerful designer WordFusion provides drag and drop data integration and can create forms that provide a very user friendly experience. WordFusion makes this functionality accessible to any organization from small real estate offices to large law forms for a fraction of the cost that other document assembly applications have traditionally offered.
Currently, many information workers create documents via manual inefficient processes. Because of the difficulty of extracting and reusing information from these documents information workers often must retype information leading to inconsistencies or errors in layout and content.
WordFusion was designed to address these customer needs. It automates the document production process by using rules and questions created by a “Designer”. It determines the content and final layout based on the information collected from the “User” creating the document. It can produce documents from conditional sections, tables, multiple data sources and use various other formatting options in a process called document automation. |
