Descrption: Water park in Budapest
InterEstate Zrt, the Hungarian real estate developer, has announced it plans, by the summer of 2008, to build Central Europe’s largest water amusement park on the outskirts of Budapest.
Aquaworld, set to require an investment of e67.45 million, will be 20% financed from InterEstate, the remaining 80% coming from CIB Bank and Hypo Alpe Adria, InterEstate chief executive Katalin Pfandler told news press.
The 86,000sqm facility will be be built close to the Danube, north of Budapest, and will provide jobs for some 350 people. A Ramada five star hotel will also be built.
