Descrption:
Today North American Barter Association Public Affairs Director Paul Davis announced that even though NABA completed their nationwide barter fraud investigation last month and identified where and how merchants were being defrauded of almost $5 million during the last year, “we still have not been able to ascertain the true identities of the perpetrators since they used an assortment of phony names and untraceable 800 and pre-paid cell phone numbers, and all of their offices are located in executive suites staffed by temps” explained Davis.

We know the main characters live somewhere in Eastern Pennsylvania or Western New Jersey and we are now asking the public to come forward in confidence with the names and home addresses of the people using the following fictitious names: “Ed Elisian” “Kyle Lang” “Seth Lang” “Kyle Langseth” “Steve Bowles” “Robert Bowles” “Marty” “Kim” “Chris Mitchell”, “Dave Mitchell” and “Phil” and selling “exclusive barter exchange franchises” or offering huge amounts of “trade credits” for your merchandise with documents that bear an “MBE” logo. One or more of these people are believed to be living in Tobyhanna or Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, and others near or in Morristown, NJ. “Addresses, phone numbers, and license tag numbers would all help re-open our investigation and get those responsible prosecuted. The $25,000 reward will go to those who can provide the missing pieces even if we have to share the reward in the event of multiple tips.” Davis added. Those with information are asked to call or email NABA at 1-800-917-2588 or NABA@Email.com. The Identity of tipsters will be kept strictly confidential.
