Descrption: Pulheim, 30th November 2004. Starting from spring 2005, some selected branches of the Sparda-Datenverarbeitung eG will use COSA BPM to handle estate administration processes. The pilot project will involve three Sparda banks. In autumn 2005, the remaining banks will also introduce COSA.
COSA BPM enables the Sparda banks to represent their complex processes for estate administration in electronic form and handle them automatically. At the same time, all operations and processing steps are documented. The estate administration does not only include the actual financial institution tasks, like processing limits, credit cards or standing orders, but also notifications of public authorities and institutions as well as communication with the heirs.
COSA BPM controls the process management and leads the responsible employee through the different steps of estate administration. All process units ranging from recording the required data to notifying the responsible fiscal authorities are controlled, handled and documented by COSA. When all required information is recorded, the process is finished and archived.
The main objectives of an IT-supported estate administration are increasing process security, shortening cycle times and thus reducing process costs. At the same time, customers will profit from an improved service and consulting quality.
