Instead, regardless of the outcome of the property's rental, the owner will pay Realty Marketing Network an advertisement fee for each property being listed on the site; $30 for a 60-day listing and $40 for a 90-day listing. Benson says of the price, "although our two biggest competitors charge both $100 and $375 for the same service and features, we offer our service at this price primarily out of goodwill. In the past, the clients that we offer a similar services to are the clients that come back to us, not only to list their properties on our site, but to contract us to do other work for them, which is the core of our business."
