Calgary, Alberta - March 21, 2005 - Provericon Software Development Inc. (“Provericon”) is pleased to announce the newest release of its flagship Property Management software, LANDLORD ENTERPRISE EDITION, for Windows-based computers.
LANDLORD ENTERPRISE EDITION allows the landlord or property manager to store, manage, and analyze information about buildings, apartments, tenants, and rentals. It comes with powerful reporting capabilities, vendor management modules, equipment/asset management features, and maintenance/repair log capabilities. Also included are accounting and budgeting features. Suitable for most mid-sized organizations, LANDLORD ENTERPRISE EDITION is cost-effective and its streamlined workflow makes it extremely easy to use. Provericon also provides “built to spec” report and functionality development services to further customize the software.
LANDLORD ENTERPRISE EDITION is available in two versions. The LITE version accomodates up to 500 Tenants, and 500 Units, and is available online for $89 USD. The PRO version offers unlimited storage as well as accounting and budgeting functionality, and is available for $125 USD. The software will run on Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/2003. A free, non-expiring trial version is available for download from the Provericon website.
