TORONTO, Ont - May 7, 2006 - Pentego Technologies Ltd., a technology research & development firm today announced the ViewIntus(TM) Beta Program for its real-time Platform Content Management System(PCMS).

This program offers qualified customers the opportunity to evaluate ViewIntus Release 1.0.

Pentego's flagship product ViewIntus in the initial release, will allow information technology managers to control the content of any system, server, or workstation in their enterprise with the following very simple to use features:

- DeltaGuard: A real-time policy based IT Change Compliance and Audit Enforcement tool designed to detect, correct, and report on any unauthorized changes on server, database, desktops and workstation. It enforces IT change control policies automatically.

- License Manager: An advanced software deployment detection tool that provides usage monitoring and reporting capabilities to all levels of the enterprise allowing management to know exactly what software licenses they have, which ones are being used and which ones they need. The License Manage provides the ability to efficiently manage the contractual and financial details of software contracts and agreements.

- Package/Upgrade Manager: A tool that provides the ability to define and edit software packages. Once packages are defined, they can easily be distributed to any system, server or workstation.

- Patch Manager: A tool that provides information technology managers with the ability to define and edit system, application, and server patches. Once a patch has been defined, it can easily be applied to any system, server or workstation on the network.
