The first event, the Le Casino Royale, is being held on August 9, 2007 from 5.30 to 10.30 pm at the following venue: Quorum Hotel, 700 N. Westshore Blvd., Tampa.

Another event that is being organized is the Cadillac Invitational golf tournament. This is being sponsored by Dimmitt Cadillac, an automobile dealer in Clearwater area. The golf tournament is being held in memory of Jacob Duckworth, a Tampa resident who died at the age of six due to adrenocortical carcinoma in June, 2006, after having lived with the disease for a third of his tender life.
This event is being held at noon on October 15, 2007. The venue for this meeting is Feather Sound Country Club, 2201, Feather Sound Drive, Clearwater.

The highpoint of this event would be a session on watching a video and discussing and sharing the participants’ experiences with grief caused by the disease to one or another family member or friend.
