Angel of the East Indies First Book Signing Huge Success! Two More Signings Scheduled For December 22nd & 23rd in Spokane WA

Spokane WA/Nationwide--December 19th, 2006. Dino Fanara, author of Angel of the East Indies is ecstatic about the huge success of his first book signing that took place in Coeur d'Alene, ID at the Idaho Art Walk on December 9th inside Kokomo's, which is an eclectic gift shop full of odds and ends including newly published Angel of the East Indies. Over 70% of the visiting customers purchased a signed copy of Angel of the East Indies, Biography of the Van Dooremolen Family, which is a non-fiction, historically accurate, suspenseful epic story of faith, romance and the struggle to survive as POW’s in the Dutch East Indies. Dino Fanara’s Angel of the East Indies is expected to triple the amount of signed books sold with the next two scheduled book signings that are taking place December 22nd 2-8pm at Hastings Books at 1704 W. Wellesley Ave, Spokane WA and December 23rd 11-8pm at Hastings Books at 7706 N Division St, Spokane WA.

“My first signing exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed meeting with, and talking to, Kokomo's customers that were eager to learn about Angel of the East Indies.” stated author Dino Fanara who was elated about such an encouraging reception to his first published book.

Angel of the East Indies is a revelation of events, which are historically accurate, during World War II that have missed the world's conscience, until now.   Finally, a non-fiction novel has arrived that brings to light the horrors that the Dutch endured from their captors in internment camps located in the East Indies. Angel of the East Indies is about two young people growing up in the simplicity of the Dutch farming community prior to World War II that fall in love only to get separated when one of them joins the military. Their reunion in the Dutch East Indies is unforgettably romantic; the characters are strong in faith and perseverance.

When his publicist, Chelsey Fanara who is owner & operator of Office Assistant Gals as well as the authors Daughter-in-Law, was asked, “What are you doing to get Dino’s name and book out into the public eye?” she replied, “Office Assistant Gals is and has been booking Dino many book signings in Eastern Washington as well as Western Idaho.
