This $30M investment package brings the total asset management over $300M, using Global private investment Funds.

Mr. Norton outlines the potential investment opportunities with the Phased Development of the Currituck Point. 3,100 acres with 17 Miles of Waterfront located directly on the Intercoastal Waterway in Hyde County, NC. The potential investment purchase would be developed as a Private Corporate Executive Sportsman's Retreat and will provide joint venture investment funding and Corporate Ownership. The master plan will include real estate development protecting the existing waterfront and adding a Lodge/hotel, executive conference center, restaurant, grass strip runway with ramped seaplane access, hanger space condo, private marina (wet/dry storage condo). The site will also be evaluated for housing sportsman's homesteads and villas with a commercial section that will provide sporting goods and shops for hunting, fishing and boating.

The proposed waterfront recreational 4 Seasons Retreat will provide quality recreational water and sports activities in the Outer Banks Tradition. Fishing (salt and fresh) with guides, Hunting (bird & deer), all types of boating, nature & health hiking, horse riding will be available.

The project has received interest from foreign investors from Austria, India, Canada and Germany.
