Norton, President of Norton & Associates Inc. announcement of a new P & L Management contract with the Griggs Estate in Currituck County providing investment funding of $50M Phase I for a 579 acre waterfront Resort Community. The property is located on the sound with direct highway access and 6 miles to the Outer Banks. The area receives over 300,000 tourist per week in summer months.

The Waterfront property of 579 acres will be engineered by John R. McAdams Company Inc. from Raleigh for commercial development that will include; Waterfront Waterfun Resort Commercial Development that includes a Hotel Lodge, Indoor Water Park, Indoor Retail, National Brand Seafood restaurants, Theaters and potential waterfront investment housing.

The property is located in an existing Golf Community. The project has been indentified by parcels that will allow for the sale of the entire site in Phase I or joint venture investment funding options. The value of Phase II of approved commercial parcels with maximum design, infracture, streets, water, storm water and waste water will increase the development by $20m. Complete estimated land sales EBTE is $30m. The project has indentified potential end market buyers ie; Great Wolf Lodge and Recreational Water Park, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Bass Pro Shop outdoor destination retail and a 30 acre commercial retail center partner. Norton and associates provides the P & L management service contract that provides all levels of private investment funding and JV Partnering for land purchase, development and build out.

The current private investment market is funded by foreign private investment groups interested in the US Real Estate Market that will increase wealth. The P & L management process provides sellers the opportunity to develop, reinvest or sell portfolios. Norton & Associates Inc. provides "Single Source" turn key services for the Investment groups to close on acquisitions. This project brings the total asset management over $300m using Global Private Investment to meet phased commercial project needs.
