Just finished uploading a new site called Irish Property Sales (click link) it allows users to upload their own details and photos of properties for sale and rent. All for a modest fee of €35 per year. Inluded is an Auctioneers and Estate Agents section with "Bronze", "Silver" and "Gold" accounts.
Not only confined to Irish property hunters anyone from anywhere can register, upload and hopefully find that perfect home. The Irish have a love of property and will purchase anywhere if the price is right.
There are a few other sites out there that advertise properties in Ireland but not as cheaply as this, don't think that the price is to small. Irish Property Sales is linked to Irish Property News a site that has dominated the Irish Internet property market since 1999 - that site gets massive unique hits daily and this has started to "run through" to Irish Property Sales.
