Descrption: NASA linked e-catalogues land in the UK
Mobular, the e-catalogue software designed by former NASA scientists in Huntsville, Alabama has touched down in the UK via an exclusive re-seller agreement with Manchester based e-marketing specialists Online DM.
The ‘mobular’ document technology acts as a cross between a website and a PDF, delivering large amounts of information in small file sizes. Clients using mobular can track page impressions, click throughs and search for topics within the document.
“Mobular has been extremely successful in the states and Australia and we anticipate great demand for the product in the UK market, particularly from online retailers looking to make better use of their online catalogue content and with travel companies”, said Paul Anderson, Commercial Director for Online DM.
“Mobular allows retailers to make continuous changes to the text and product listings and allows them to segment the e-catalogs to specific customers.” He added. ‘We can deliver mobular catalogues not only direct to someone’s PC, but also to hand held devices.’
Prospective clients can either outsource their e-catalogues to Online DM who develop the technology and host the site, or license the technology for their own use in-house. |
