Shadow shopper claims they can find everyone jobs but in reality they charge you for totally nothing. What happens when you sign up for Shadowshopper? You get lots of Spam and guaranteed to get NO JOBS! Shadowshopper allows consumers to signup for the first month for pretty cheap but then without your permission or knowledge they will charge you $59.00.. "I tried to call them, but got a recorded message that directed me to email the company with any questions I may have. So I emailed some guy named Johnathon who emailed me back with a reply that reiterated all the terms and conditions and he basically stated in his own words “ knew full well what the terms and conditions were, agreed to them and have none to blame but myself. He ended the email with ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I have no other recourse except by alerting others through Rip-off Report. And was actually interested in renewing my membership to a 90 Day membership but Johnathon couldn't care less. " says one consumer on RipOffReport.com According to the Better Business Bureau Shadowshopper has a bad reputation; 156 complaints have been filed with the BBB within the last 36 months. “I recently submitted a trial membership for Shadowshopper.com. which was like $5 or something. I looked at my bank statement and there was a WITHDRAWL FORM MY ACCOUNT (unauthorized) for with a $59, which is the charge for a year membership to this website. I immediately contacted my bank letting them know this was an unauthorized charge. I have sent several emails to shadowshopper.com and have not had any replies. I also find it ironic that this company who solicites jobs for rating customer service in other companies has such poor customer service. I have found their customer service department one of the poorest I have ever had to deal with.
