 Los Angeles, California - Mother Love will be a featured panelist on Your Employees' Health Matters - It Impacts Your Bottom Line! which focuses on educating business owners on diseases and illness that significantly impact the African American community and providing concrete strategies for implementing preventive measures in the workplace, at the Wells Fargo sponsored African American Business Summit 2005. Themed BUSINESS REDEFINED:
An Extraordinary Experience for Exceptional Business People, this four-day event is scheduled June 23rd - 26th at the Westin Mission Hills Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage (Palm Springs), California.

Featured panelists include: Moderator, Dr. Joyce Richey - American Diabetes Association/Keck School of Medicine, Jerry Anderson -African American Diabetes Task Force, Asha Jayasinghe - American Heart Association and Josie Diaz -Desert AIDS Project.

Mother Love is recognized internationally as an expert in affairs of the heart, family relationships and as a Diabetes Advocate and other issues affecting women and children's health. Since her career began in radio in 1989, she has been on a roll. She made many television appearances – from sitcoms to game shows and has appeared in 12 films.

Currently Mother Love is writing her third book about her quest for a healthier lifestyle, due in January 2006 from Atria Books (a division of Simon & Shuster). Her first two books, Listen Up Girlfriends (St. Martin's Press) and Forgive or Forget (HarperCollins), are still hits with her "Babies" as she affectionately calls her fans. She has received numerous honors and citations from her 1999 induction into The Women in Radio and Television Hall of Fame.

Mother Love is currently the Co-Host of the first television program, dLife TV, on CNBC dedicated to the 18 million people who are managing diabetes. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and is Co-Chair of the African American Task Force of the American Diabetes Association in LA.
