DENVER—July 13, 2005—Mile High Income Properties (MHIP) announces that Alyssa Freddy, JD, has been promoted to Senior Land Acquisitions Analyst. Formerly a Land Research Analyst, Freddy is now responsible for managing the company’s research and demographics division.
Freddy has been working in real estate since 1997 and her experience has encompassed leasing, sales, marketing and research in both residential and commercial capacities.
"Ms. Freddy's promotion is due to the growth that MHIP has experienced in the last year by tripling the size of their acquisitions department with other specialized teams focused in the areas of site selection, entitlements, and contract management," says Barbara Swindlehurst, President and Managing Broker of MHIP.
“The entire team of Mile High Income Properties is a phenomenal team to work with,” says Freddy. “This company attracts entrepreneurial spirits which really shows in our work habits and work ethics as we are constantly striving to be on top of our game.”
Freddy received both her undergraduate and law degrees from Creighton University. She currently lives with her fiancé in Centennial, Colorado.
