Descrption: Morning Light Ministry,the Catholic organisation serving those who have lost a baby from conception to 1 year old,has had to make major changes to their service. Only two weeks ago they were forced to change the URL of their website as their ISP told them they could know longer host them. The latest incident to hit this voluntary group who help those across Canada & the United States is that the emergency voicemail number they had was discontinued without the phone company informing them.They have at short notice had to find another company. Thanks to the sterling efforts of the founder,Bernadette Zambi the group now have a new URL at

Morning Light Ministry is a Catholic ministry for bereaved mothers and bereaved fathers who have experienced the death of their baby through ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, stillbirth or infant death up to one year old. This Catholic ministry also welcomes bereaved parents of other Christian denominations, bereaved parents of other faiths and bereaved parents of no religious affiliation who are struggling with the very notion of faith.
MORNING LIGHT MINISTRY offers: year round telephone help which includes long distance across Canada and the U.S.. All telephone help is provided by bereaved parents who have been trained over the course of many months. individual meetings on request (in our geographical area), monthly meetings at certain times of the year, an Autumn 7 week Series and an annual Memorial Mass to celebrate and acknowledge the eternal lives of all of our babies.
MORNING LIGHT MINISTRY was started in 1996 by a bereaved mother and her Pastor in response to her and her husband's devastating loss of their daughter through a full-term stillbirth in 1992.
MORNING LIGHT MINISTRY has received Apostolic Blessings from His Holiness Pope John Paul II in January, 2000 and November, 2003. |
