It is not as if the questions are new. In earlier times, parents and children grappled with the same questions, but couldn’t find answers.

Children tend to learn things on their own and there is no need to force them into a routine. They tend to pick cues and see things around them. Children are inquisitive and thus they should be allowed to learn the fun way.

There is somehow a dread of math among the children. If Math is taught in a non judgmental and unbiased way, then it can be extremely engaging and fun to learn. Today, the emphasis seems to be on the end result than the process itself

Teaching methods for problem based subjects’ needs to be changed. A step in the right direction is the work done by few pioneers on the Internet. Internet acts as a perfect platform for experimenting with various methods that are both engaging as well as fun.
