Dr von Pommern (Brunswick Advocates) as lead avocate for Mr Tatham won a second time against the FSA, securing a costs decision against the FSA. FSA was found to not only to have been wrong in fining Mr Tatham but also has acted unreasonably in making unfounded allegations of market abuse.
