Descrption:
JPEGator is a small .NET class library which allows you to compress and decompress JPEG images under .NET Compact Framework using C# or Visual Basic. It also has the ability to create in-memory thumbnail images for JPEG files.
JPEGator is small because it does not contain any JPEG algorithms. Instead it is just a wrapper for the Independent JPEG Group's software, which comes along with most (?) Pocket PC 2003 devices. Look for a file called jpeg.dll inside \windows folder of your device to be sure the JPEGator will work for you. The JPEGator is written in pure C#, so you'll need only to ship one small DLL along with your application. |
