Descrption: Kroosh Technologies Ltd. an engineering company, who specializes in separation processes using vibratory screening equipment, announced the release of newly designed line of vibratory screeners for separation of problematic powder materials The SXE Vibratory Screener. Main applications include safety screening and sizing classification of ‘difficult-to-screen’ powder materials, typically in the range between 10 and 500 microns. Among products:
·Various Tungsten ·Nickel ·Cobalt ·Molybdenum ·Various Ferrous ·Various Non-Ferrous ·Silica powder ·Limestone ·Graphite ·Coating Pigments ·Silicon Carbide
The SXE vibratory screener is relatively compact, yet extremely powerful, with optional double-deck configuration using net active sieve area of 0.25, 0.55 or 0.95 sq. m. per deck.
Kroosh systems are simple, easy to use, rugged mechanical devices that provide low cost maintenance and yield improvements. The SXE doesn't contain electronic parts or add-on elements, such as ultrasonic screen, bouncing balls or sliders, etc. The SXE unit designed based on a patented powerful mechanical de-blinding system, which is being activated by the vibrator-motor's energy.
The SXE vibratory screen are designed to use un-tensioned fine working meshes. The SXE offers simple and cost-saving on-site sieve replacement with usage of pieces of nylon, polyester or metal fine meshes which are simply cut-off from a roll. This feature eliminates the costs and problems that are usually associated with re-tensioning of conventional and ultrasonic screen, as well as enables the opportunity to swap the expensive tensioned stainless steel wire mesh with low cost nylon/polyester sieves.
SXE Vibratory Screeners operate in multifrequency vibratory-impact modes. Due to high level of normal acceleration applied to the meshes, the SXE provides uninterrupted self-cleaning of sieves, fluidization and stirring of powder, as well as de-agglomeration of powder clusters, which are the main factors for efficient vibratory screening. It results in increased screening capacity, better separation and more undersize yield, in comparison to traditional and ultrasonic screen.
The company also offers unique rectangular multifrequency screeners for sizing of humid sticky bulk materials and dense slurry.
