Good morning
My name is Riccardo Billeri I live in Italy in Tuscany, and I’m looking for an available private lender to finance a great project.
Unfortunately here in Italy there are banks, financing funds and laws, the most different financing enterprises, but the financings are granted only to firms which can grant guarantees, balances and proven property situation.
I have a business of sure success, experience and I’m surrounded by people with proven knowledge in the sector of wellness, and are in the conditions to concretely realize the project.
My project consists in acquiring an old castle in disuse, some ruins of about 8.000 mqs. of surface, surrounded by about 140 hectares of ground, set on a rich hill of thermal sources, right in the heart of Tuscany.
I would like to realize the more stately Beauty Farm of Europe, a truth Center Wellness, with 20.000 mqs. of thermal and salty pool, such things do not exist in the world !!!
The numbers a structure of about 90 rooms with presences daily of 150 people !!!
Packets ranging from $ 360 USD for person to you the numbers!
The project will cost about $ 42.000.000 USD.
I immediately specify not to have collateral guarantees, money to be inserted but only and exclusively the real estate structures after the acquisition, of which I can grant the whole mortage.
I am available has grant an annual 15% interest, with start 3 years subsequently to the beginning of the restructuring, in a period of 10 year old amortization.
Any share of equity will be granted, but only a careful of the jobs, of which we can grant to the counterpart the direct payment of the suppliers.
