Descrption:
New Horizons Arts Initiative was incorporated February 3 2005 and establishes for the first time in history a self-funded membership organization uniting all arts disciplines in a powerful financial alliance through its membership fees and donations that wiil build a strong investment portfolio for the benfit of its members and member organizations.

Currently the Initiative is:
1. Seeking prominent artists to fill out its executive staff and Board of Directors
2. Forming Chapters of NHAI worldwide
3. Recruiting the membership of all professional and aspiring young artists worldwide
4. Developing a comprehensive package of benefits for its members and member organizations.

Ninety percent(90%) of all membership fees donations and investment yields must be disbursed for member benefits. No more than 10% may be used for administrative expenses.

For control of the organization's fiscal and technological strength NHAI has engaged the services of a CPA firm specializing in non-profit, tax-exempt organizations, a major U.S. brokerage as its investment advisor, a prominent pro bono law firm and an innovative young Internet website design firm to develop the NHAI interactive web network to connect all its global Chapters.
