Descrption:
“The number of unauthorized downloads from my web site was so overwhelming you’d think the book was worth $1,0000”, she said. “So, just to make a point, I decided to raise the price to exactly that for one month, never dreaming someone would actually buy it." Indeed, two weeks later, somebody did.

When contacted by the astonished Ms. Fox and asked why he paid the exorbitant price, the bashful bibliophile (who prefers to remain nameless) told her over the telephone: "I liked the cover and for $1,000.00 I figured it must be a good book. It is."

“I guess I should change the price back to what it was”, said the songwriter turned author. “Unless, of course, I have another buyer.”

Priscilla’s lifelong career has been in the entertainment business, beginning at the Royal Conservatory of Music of Toronto, continuing as a performer of stage, television, and clubs across North America, the Orient and beyond. Following this, she was a staff writer for a music publisher in Nashville for 8 years. This is her first book.

Does the customer have any regrets? “No. It’s not War and Peace, but I died laughing. Even shed a tear or two. It was a fun read.”
