Descrption:
When I was seeing Doctor Kilgore in Jacksonville, Florida. I was given so much Ibuprofen that I now have fibrosis of the liver.I should never have taken so much medication but I trusted
the doctor who prescribed it for me.

You may have heard of this popular doctor in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Manley Kilgore has
been practicing medicine in Duval County since 1973. Dr. Kilgore also works with several
Jacksonville lawyers as a witness in lawsuits involving neurological problems. I have done
some intense research and have found out that people actually have sued him for medical
malpractice and have

One person took action against Kilgore and got $200,000.00 (Case Settled 3/21/2003)
won.

According to the Department of Health Kilgore has also had two other medical
malpractice lawsuits filed against him which is as follows

$202,583.00 - January 7, 1991
$35,000.00 - October 23, 1995

would like to bring my lawsuit forward but can't because almost all lawyers in
Jacksonville work with this doctor. I can't believe that a medical doctor who should
be looking out for us has been sued.

The purpose of me developing a website is to let the world know about how Dr. Kilgore
over prescribed medicine for me. I also want to let people know how much harm medication
can actually do to your body. Dr. Kilgore prescribed me MOTRIN (Ibuprofen). I took
this once a day; this works out to 2400 mg a day, which comes to 432,000 mg for the 6-month period when I was taking it. During this period, I started to develop major abdominal discomfort. I had to undergo several tests, including a liver biopsy. It has been confirmed that I now have stage 2 liver fibrosis. What really gets me is that Dr. Kilgore's office wants me to hand out
$1,865.32 in medical services, which I refuse to pay.

Because of all this medication I took I unfortunately have Stage 2 Liver Fibrosis. I now can't
take many over-the-counter medications. I now have to watch literally everything I eat, drink
and take for medicine.

It's hard to believe that thousands of people a year die because of medical complications or
medical malpractice. Thousands of people also develop complications like I have.

I am not a drinker and never have been either; lots of people have indicated I must
have been drinking when I wasn't.
