 MANHATTAN, NY, APRIL 14, 2005: On Thursday May 5th, 2005 Nolita House Restaurant will celebrate Mexico’s Cinco de Mayo by offering $3 Corona and Corona Lights, $4 Modelo Negro, $5 Margaritas and complimentary bar snacks. In addition to serving our standard American comfort food menu we will also be serving a special menu with Mexican flare which includes items such as chorizo & poblano quesadillas, homemade guacamole, steak fajitas, mole hot wings, brick oven taco pizzas, and burritos. In keeping with it’s mantra to “bring artisan cheeses to the masses,” Nolita House will also be offering a special artisan cheese and Mexican beer flights for $20. The plate will come with three (3) artisan cheeses, accoutrements and two (2) Mexican born beers.

Located in Manhattan, Nolita House is a local, neighborhood restaurant which serves American comfort food and features a global selection of artisan cheeses and wines. The restaurant is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch and offers both on and off premise catering services. Using food and wine as its medium, the restaurant’s goal is to be a catalyst for inspiration, education and community development. Nolita House also serves as a “Town Hall” for fundraisers, Art Battles, wine & cheese labs, agritours and as a venue for local musicians. Nolita House is located at 47 East Houston Street between Mott & Mulberry Streets. The closest subway stops are the B, D, V, F at Broadway/Lafayette and the 6 at Bleecker.
