Carleton Sheets, no money done.
I bought the Carleton Sheets program back in 2002. His program has a lot of great information in it. I can not say that I was scammed like a lot of other people. Like I said the program has a lot of great information. The problem is that it is to much information for the ordinary preson to take in and be able to make money with it in a timely manner. You really need to have real estate back round to understand most of his information.
There are great programs online that do not take as much time to learn. The problem is in learning how to market the business. I can not give you any information on buying a house with no money down for an investment. But I can teach you how to run a system online. Carleton Sheets offers a program that will take a lot of time every day to learn. But if you study and put your time into it you will be able to reproduce some rewards in good time.
