I would like to make a complaint over the development of Millennium Square at Jalan 14/1, Section 14, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. I believe that the local authorities had approved this projects without concern of the residents. I will rise this issues by points form. 1. We look at road, Jalan 14/1, the most popular exit road to Asiajaya. It is single lane road, everyone goes out from this road and it create heavily traffic jammed. Did the MPPJ look into this matter? If the Milliennium Square's residents moved in, what will happen to the traffic flow for Jalan 14/1? 2. If you could visit the Jalan 14/1 area, look at the single storey house, most of the cars must park outside due to development of houses in the early stage, no car park in the house. This is cause small accidents in the area. 3. Millennium Square had built near the monsoon drain. Have the Housing Government learned a lesson over the Highlands Tower collapse issue? It is too close to drainage, anything could be happen as the earth moves 5mm a day. 4. Tenaga Nasional Berhad's sub station and wire cables is so close to the Millennium Square and it can pull the magnetic flow easily if the lighting strike to the Square. If any people who live there, who died in the lighting strike, if the developer going to responsible or the MPPJ going to responsible. 5. The access out road for Menara Jaya Condominium is so close to the border of Millennium Square may cause light accident because the road is one lane. MPPJ authority must not issue the CF or Temporary CF, as they must settle the road access before allow this Millennium Square's residents move in.
