Award winning illustrator Shane W. Evans teams up with
The Mulvane Art Museum of Washburn University
and 5 Topeka KS based elementary schools to put on a wonderful
collaborative show Sept. 16-Nov. 5th. The show will consist of
30 plus works of Evans's work from some of his 20 illustrated books and close to 300 books done by students. Evans is best noted for The Shanna Show (Hyperion books) and Shaq and the Beanstalk (Scholastic). A grant from MetLife Foundation Museum Connections Program served to fund the collaboration. The event is open to all around the country and
